Lisa Porcello

Lisa Porcello, LCSW, has extensive experience in social work, currently serving as a Social Work Manager at The Mount Sinai Hospital since August 2013, where responsibilities include roles as a Kidney Transplant Social Worker and an On-Call Social Worker, among others. Prior experience includes an MSW internship at The ALS Association Greater New York Chapter and a Case Manager position at BronxWorks. Lisa began the professional journey as a BSW intern at Gaston Memorial Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work degree with a focus on Clinical/Medical Social Work from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Lisa also completed training at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies between 2019 and 2021.
