Amanda Piro

Amanda Piro is an experienced professional in customer strategy and analytics, currently serving as the VP of Branches and a board member at The Mountaineers since November 2022. As a Co-Founder and Partner at Cyrca Strategy since May 2017, Amanda focuses on helping organizations develop customer and product strategies to drive growth and enhance customer loyalty. Amanda previously led the Customer Insights & Analytics Practice at Concentrix Catalyst, where significant contributions included founding the Healthcare Practice and the 'Foundations' Consultant Training Program. A diverse consulting background includes roles at major companies such as Kaiser Permanente, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Hilton, Microsoft, Adobe, Starbucks, and Holland America Line. Amanda holds dual BA degrees in International Political Economy and French Language & Literature from the University of Washington, achieving summa cum laude honors in both.
