Charlie Irving

Charlie Irving is an accomplished actor and customer service professional with extensive experience in theater and client relations. As a company member and actor at New American Folk Theatre since April 2014, Charlie received a Jeff Nomination in 2016 for Outstanding Solo Performance in "The Summer of Daisy Fay." In addition, various roles have been performed in over 125 shows with The Murder Mystery Company since December 2011. Charlie has held several customer service positions, including Senior Customer Hero at SpotHero and Customer Service Specialist at Destify, showcasing strong skills in customer engagement, problem-solving, and training. Charlie's background also includes notable performances in productions such as "A Christmas Carol" at Metropolis Performing Arts Centre and a pivotal role in the Google Glass retail pilot program. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Psychology from Roosevelt University.
