Guy Barker

Guy Barker currently serves as the Acting Secretary of Commerce for The Muscogee Nation, a position held since July 2023. With extensive experience in management and finance, Guy has been the Managing Member at Flying B Grain & Cattle since May 2013 and held the role of Secretary-Treasurer for the Quapaw Nation from July 2020 to July 2023, overseeing treasury and enterprise management. Prior to these roles, Guy worked as a Petroleum Engineer at Mojave Oil & Gas from May 2013 to July 2020 and completed a judicial internship with Chief Justice Noma Gurich at the Oklahoma Supreme Court from July 2019 to January 2020. Guy holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Oklahoma City University and a Bachelor of Science in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
