Brennen Roberts

Brennen Roberts is currently serving as a Zoning and Planning Commissioner for the City of Aurora, a position they began in 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at The Mx Group, starting as a Senior Director of Growth from July 2021 to March 2022, and later transitioning to Vice President of Marketing and Growth from April 2022 onwards. From August 2020 to July 2021, Brennen worked as the President and Chief Marketing Officer at Volzel, a consulting firm focused on B2B growth for clients. They also have experience as a Managing Director/Partner at iris worldwide from July 2014 to March 2020, where they oversaw the Chicago office and managed client relationships. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director at Pepper Global from January 2004 to June 2014, actively expanding the customer base and service portfolio. Brennen's earlier experience includes roles as a Global Interactive Marketing Manager at Computershare from September 2001 to June 2004, a Senior Interactive Producer at Ogilvy One from March 2000 to September 2001, and a Product Marketing Manager at EDS from October 1995 to December 1999.

Brennen Roberts completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1987 to 1992. Following this, Brennen pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing and New Venture Analysis at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1993 to 1995.
