Joanna Marchand

Joanna Marchand is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR leadership roles. Currently serving as a Sr. HR Business Partner at BANKW Staffing, LLC since July 2021, Joanna has previously managed HR operations as an HR Operations Manager at Public Consulting Group, overseeing the HR needs for over 2,500 professionals across 40 offices. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Manager at Hancock Natural Resource Group, where Joanna provided HR services for a 300-employee firm, and as an AVP of Human Resources at State Street Research & Management, managing HR functions for a 600-employee investment management firm.
