Kristy Flower

Kristy Flower serves as the Senior Director in the Executive Office at the National Association of Manufacturers since February 2022. Prior to this role, Kristy held various positions at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization from September 2007 to March 2022, where responsibilities included serving as Executive Assistant to multiple Chief Officers and coordinating efforts for the Board Chair and Board Vice Chair. Kristy's earlier experience includes the role of Deputy Director of Scheduling in the Office of Governor Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr., where logistical coordination and communication management were key tasks. Kristy holds a Bachelor of Science in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, earned between 1998 and 2002.
