Mikael Malmberg has extensive experience in motivational interviewing and conflict management, currently serving as a trainer at the National Board of Institutions - SiS since February 2019. Additionally, Mikael has been involved with Statens Institutionsstyrelse since May 2013, holding roles as a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT), a national educator, and an educator in motivational conversations. Mikael holds a degree in Social Anthropology from Lund University, attained in 2000.
