Emma Cutting is an Associate Food Scientist and Food Technologist at The National Food Lab since October 2022, specializing in innovation for the food and beverage industry. Previously, Emma served as a Clinical Laboratory Assistant at Sonora Quest Laboratories/Laboratory Sciences of Arizona from October 2020 to October 2022, where responsibilities included performing tests accurately and maintaining professional communication with customers and providers. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Colorado State University, completed in May 2022, and graduated from Prairie View High School in May 2018.
