Susan Findlay

Susan Findlay has extensive experience in human resources, recruitment, and administrative support, currently serving as the People Business Coordinator at the National Trust for Scotland since March 2018. Key responsibilities include providing business support to the People Team, managing purchase orders, mentoring apprentices, and collaborating on various projects such as the new E-Recruit System and change management initiatives. Previous roles include Regional Office Manager and People Services Officer within the same organization, along with positions at several recruitment agencies focusing on high-volume staffing across various sectors. Susan holds a National Certificate in English and Media from Stevenson College and is pursuing a BA Honours in Business and Project Management at the University of the West of Scotland.
