Felicia Green, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in fostering high-performing workplace cultures and strategic HR management. Currently serving as a Senior Leader and Human Resources Business Partner at The Nature Conservancy since March 2019, Felicia focuses on innovative solutions for conservation challenges. Previous roles include consulting for various organizations, serving as a Board Member for Loudoun SHRM, and holding multiple senior HR positions at the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) from December 2003 to April 2017.
