Gretchen Berisford

Gretchen Berisford is a seasoned project and product management professional with extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and overseeing innovative projects. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at The Nature Conservancy since February 2024, Gretchen previously excelled as Senior Product Manager at better earth, where responsibilities included developing product strategy, managing user experience design, and implementing Scrum methodologies. Prior roles include Director of Accounts and Senior Project Manager at Constructive and Senior Project Manager at Parisleaf, delivering strategic design work and account management for various clients. Gretchen’s career began with roles in marketing and content management, including positions at the Cade Museum for Creativity & Invention and Gainesville Compost. Gretchen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Florida, complemented by minors in Sustainability Studies and Organic & Sustainable Crop Production.
