Jessica Kittel

Jessica K. is an experienced operations manager currently with The Nature Conservancy since July 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica K. served at First Republic Bank for nearly 18 years, ascending through various positions including Vice President of Facilities & Administrative Services, where leadership was provided to multiple regional teams and management of numerous build-outs and tenant improvements was executed. Previous roles at First Republic Bank included Director and Manager of Facilities & Administrative Services, where Jessica K. contributed to office projects and internal audits, as well as oversaw teams and maintenance requests. Jessica K. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Augustana College and has further education from UC Berkeley Extension and Wharton Executive Education.
