Molly Ganley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Molly has worked as a Program Director and Co-Lead for The Nature Conservancy's Agility Lab, where they supported conservation teams in developing impactful solutions. In addition, they obtained certifications in Group Facilitation: Putting Participatory Values into Practice from Community At Work in 2015, and as a Master Graduate in Car Wash College from Sonny's Enterprises Inc. - Conveyorized Car Wash Equipment Leader in 2012.
