Rachel Pilla

Rachel Pilla is currently serving as the Senior Manager of Creative Operations at The Nature Conservancy since January 2024. With extensive experience in creative management, Rachel previously held several prominent roles at Hasbro, including Senior Creative Manager, where responsibilities encompassed mentoring graphic designers and art directors, as well as leading innovative solutions for product render asset development. Rachel also served as Studio Design Manager, managing and mentoring a bi-coastal team for the Girls toy portfolio. Previous positions include Art Director at GL Homes, Senior Graphic Designer at Wachovia Corp and The Gillette Company, and Graphic Designer at Trinity Communications, showcasing a strong foundation in branding, marketing, and design. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Tufts University and a Graphic Design Certificate from Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
