Lane Lareau

Lane Lareau has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles.

Starting in 2011, Lane served as the Starting Point Solutions Chief Executive Officer at Purdue University Calumet, where they led a student-run non-profit consulting firm specializing in communication audits, marketing research, and public relations. They designed and developed a 500-page communication audit book for a multimillion-dollar supermarket chain, among other accomplishments.

In 2014, Lane worked as a Limited-Term Lecturer at Purdue University Calumet, teaching a senior-level course on non-profit consulting. They also consulted on the development of a communication audit book for a hospital.

From 2009 to 2015, Lane held various roles at Bethel Church & Ministries. As the Director of Communication, they supervised communication processes for a church with multiple campuses, managed marketing efforts, and developed communication plans. They also served as a Media & Outreach Assistant, overseeing graphics, web content, and videos, as well as managing short-term projects and overseas care.

Since 2016, Lane has been employed at The Navigators. They started as a Communication Officer, utilizing cross-cultural communication and adult-learning approaches to aid community leaders in holistic development. Lane then transitioned to the role of a Project Team Lead, where they led a multicultural team in mobilizing communities, drafted strategic plans, and streamlined adult learning curriculum.

Lane Lareau's education history includes a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International/Global Studies from Liberty University, obtained from 2013 to 2015. They also completed a Pastoral Cohort program in 2014 at Faith Church Ministries Leadership Training Residency, and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Purdue University Northwest from 2008 to 2012. In addition, Lane Lareau obtained certifications as a CQ® Certified Facilitator and CQ® Train-the-Trainer from the Cultural Intelligence Center in October 2020.
