Shashi Ayachitam

Shashi Ayachitam has over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry. Shashi began their career as a Software Engineer at State Farm® - Satyam Computers Limited in 1998, where they worked until 2000. Shashi then joined AOL as a Senior Software Engineer and Consultant from 2000 to 2001. Following that, Shashi worked at ADP as a Senior Software Engineer from 2001 to 2005. In 2005, they joined The Norfolk & Dedham Group, where they held various roles including Enterprise Architect, IT Manager, Director of Application Development, and currently serves as the IT Director. Shashi has a proven track record of success in the IT field and has demonstrated their expertise in application development, software engineering, and IT management.

Shashi Ayachitam's education history begins with their completion of the +2 program in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya - Nizamsagar from 1992 to 1994. They then went on to earn a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute Of Technology, which they completed from 1994 to 1998.

After their bachelor's degree, Shashi pursued further education at the Harvard Extension School, where they obtained a Master of Liberal Arts in Computer Science. This degree was completed between 2002 and 2004. Later, from 2006 to 2010, Shashi attended the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, and received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management.

Most recently, in 2022 and 2023, Shashi expanded their knowledge and skills by attending the CTO Program at Wharton Executive Education, although the field of study for this program was not specified.
