Michelle started their career as a Heavy Equipment Operator in the US Army from July 2006 to March 2013, where they operated various types of heavy machinery vehicles and ensured tasks were completed safely and efficiently.

After that, they worked as a Sales Associate and Key Holder at Hot Topic from August 2013 to June 2015. Michelle was responsible for maintaining a neat and orderly store, promoting a positive atmosphere, and assisting customers with their shopping needs. Michelle was promoted to Key Holder within a year and gained managerial responsibilities.
