Lauren N. Hartz is an experienced professional with a strong background in membership management, donor cultivation, and customer service. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager for Membership and Annual Giving at The New Children's Museum since July 2018, Lauren oversees the membership department, manages renewal processes, conducts research for potential donors, and trains staff on best practices. Prior roles include positions at Alcott Insurance Agency, Point Loma Nazarene University, The YouSchool, and California Skate Grand Terrace, showcasing skills in marketing, project management, and community engagement. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University.
