Osita Nwanevu is an experienced journalist and policy analyst with a robust background in writing and editing. Currently serving as a columnist for The Guardian and a contributing editor for The New Republic since 2019, Nwanevu previously held staff writer positions at The New Yorker and Slate Magazine. Early career experiences include an editorial internship at Harper's Magazine, where significant contributions included fact-checking and content development, as well as internships at NPR and In These Times, focusing on research and editorial tasks.
