Anubhav Madan

Anubhav Madan has extensive work experience in the field of learning and development, with a focus on training and organizational development. Anubhav currently serves as the Head of Learning and Development at The New Shop. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant & Partner at KeyLearning Performance Consultants from May 2019 to January 2022.

Before joining KeyLearning Performance Consultants, Anubhav held the position of Associate Director - Learning & Org Development at CARS24 for a year from August 2018 to April 2019. Anubhav also has significant experience working with TPG Wholesale Private Limited as Head - Leadership Development & Training from June 2014 to July 2018, where they were responsible for aligning and implementing training strategies for operational, business, and people excellence in old stores.

Anubhav has also worked at Walmart India, where they held various roles including Head - Compliance Training & Communication, Master Trainer & Head - Trainer Delivery Excellence & Ops Excellence, and Head - Retail Instore Training / Dy General Manager. Their responsibilities in these roles involved managing the development and implementation of training programs, building internal talent pipelines, and creating systems and infrastructure for sustainable growth.

Earlier in their career, Anubhav worked at Bharti Retail Limited (Easyday) as the Head - Retail Instore Training / Senior Manager, where they were a co-founder member of the leadership development and training team. Anubhav also gained experience at NIS Sparta as a Premium Consultant, delivering training interventions to top and middle management in various industries.

Anubhav's career journey began at Think Inc, where they served as a Corporate Trainer, delivering programs on behavioral skills and organization development. Anubhav also worked as a Training Manager at Jaypee Hotels and as an Associate Manager - Training at Barista Coffee Company.

Anubhav Madan completed their Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology from 1992 to 1995. During this time, they focused on studying Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1989, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya where they completed their 12th Standard education, specializing in Science, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. In addition to their formal education, Anubhav has obtained certifications such as the Reliance Petroleum Boot Camp from the Reliance Petroleum Training Team in October 2004, and the Train the Trainer certification from NIS Sparta in the same month and year.
