Brett Cullen

Brett Cullen has a strong background in ticket operations and sales, with extensive experience in the sports and entertainment industry. Brett began their career at Madison Square Garden as a Sales Representative, primarily focusing on season subscriptions. Brett then joined USTA as a Coordinator of Ticket Operations, where they managed group sales and retention efforts, as well as served as a dedicated account representative. In 2015, Brett joined The New York Racing Association, initially as a Manager of Ticket Operations, responsible for supervising staff, building and managing ticketed events, and developing sales and business plans. Brett later moved up to become the Director of Ticket Operations, where they continued to excel in their oversight of operations and strategy for the organization.
