Currently, from 2019 to 2025, Danny M. is enrolled in a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD program in Higher Education Leadership at Colorado State University.

In addition to their formal education, Danny M. has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2012, they completed the ASCA Gehring Academy Training Institute for Student Conduct Administrators – Entry Level Track. In 2014, they participated in the Conflict Mediation Certificate Program, a 25-hour program at The College of New Jersey. In 2015, they attended the ASCA Gehring Academy Training Institute for Student Conduct Administration - Sexual Misconduct Track. In 2016, they completed the NASPA Law and Policy Certificate Program.

More recently, Danny M. obtained the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. In March 2022, they earned the Diversity and Inclusion Certificate Program from Cornell University. Danny also obtained the Inclusive and Ethical Leadership Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021.
