Dave Maslen

Dave Maslen has been with The New Zealand Merino Company since August 2006, originally serving as the Manager of Sustainability and Innovation. He later took on the role of Manager - Markets and Sustainability before moving into his current position as Chief Partnerships and Sustainability Officer. In these roles, Dave has been responsible for managing the marketing, sales, and ethical/sustainability platforms of the company in relation to global fine wool key accounts. His responsibilities also include overseeing sustainability-related research and development components of the business. Prior to joining The New Zealand Merino Company, Dave held positions at Environment Canterbury and Waikato Regional Council. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Natural Resource Management and Sustainable Agriculture from Massey University.
