Nora DeMilta has worked in a variety of roles in the past five years. In 2021, they were the Manager of Executive Operations and Personal Assistant at The Newsette. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at INsider Lifestyle Management as Chief of Staff and Office Manager and Team Support. In 2018, they were an Intern at OSK Marketing & Communications Inc. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Baldwin Wallace Community Music School as a Student Assistant and at Cultural Canvas Thailand / Art Relief International as a Teaching Artist and Administrative Assistant. In 2016, they were a PR & Marketing Assistant at Central City Opera and a Marketing Intern at The Art Song Festival.

Nora DeMilta attended Baldwin Wallace University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Theater & Arts Management.
