Mitchell Couchman is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the food and retail industries. Currently serving as the Estate Kitchen Operations Manager at The Newt in Somerset since September 2024, Mitchell oversees project management and the operational transition to a modern kitchen facility, leading a production team for high-quality meal preparation. Prior to this role, Mitchell was the Senior Operations Manager at Fresh Kitchen, focused on health and sustainability initiatives, and held the position of Head of Operations at Detox Kitchen, managing all operational processes and growth strategies.
