Pramit Patel

Pramit is Chair of the PCN Network and GP partner at Greystone House Surgery, a 15,000-patient practice within a three-practice PCN serving 47,000 patients. In 2014, he became a co-founder of a GP federation, Alliance for Better Care Ltd, serving East Surrey and NW Sussex (covering 550,000 people) and more recently elected by fellow clinical directors across Surrey Heartlands to be the first ICS lead PCN Clinical Director.
