Tim Gervais

Tim Gervais has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Tim currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at NORDAM since March 2021. Prior to this, Tim served as the Director of Business Development at Applied Composites from April 2019 to March 2021.

During their tenure at RBC Bearings from October 2015 to December 2018, Tim held the positions of Executive Director of Business Development and Director of European Sales & Marketing. Before that, they worked as the VP of Sales and Marketing at Votaw Precision Technologies from December 2014 to June 2015.

Tim also gained experience as the VP of Business Development & Sales at Process Fab Inc. (Purchased by Votaw) for the year 2014. Prior to this, they held various managerial roles at Ducommun AeroStructures, including Director of Sales and Marketing - Europe from 2009 to 2014 and Director of Sales and Marketing from 2002 to 2009.

Tim'scareer began at Composite Structures LLC in 1991, where they worked as a Program Manager until its acquisition by Ducommun in 2002. Tim also worked at McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co/Hughes Helicopters as a Senior Design & Liaison Engineer - AH-64 Apache from 1983 to 1991.

Tim Gervais holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. Tim also pursued an MBA at the USC Marshall School of Business.
