Keri Cress

Keri Cress currently serves as the General Manager for Northern Canadian Retail Operations at The North West Company since April 2024. Prior to this role, Keri worked at SEPHORA as a District Manager since April 2017, overseeing sales and retail operations for multiple provinces, and held an interim position as Western Regional Director, managing 38 locations across Western Canada. Keri’s career also includes significant roles at Hallmark Cards from January 2004 to April 2017, where positions included National Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, and Field Retail District Manager. Keri completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a major in Anatomy & Physiology and a minor in English at the University of Calgary, and has pursued education at the University of Manitoba and The University of Winnipeg.
