Tony Kim

Tony Kim, PMP has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Tony currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Candidate Experience for The North West Company since 2022. Prior to this, they held roles such as Board Member for the TALK (Talent Acquisition Leadership Keynotes) organization and Manager of Talent Acquisition for Canadian Pacific Railway. Tony also has experience in talent acquisition and HR systems management from their time at The Calgary Stampede and AFL (Canada). Tony has previously worked in recruitment roles for TEEMA Solutions Group Inc, AECOM, and StaffingExperts Solutions Inc, specializing in information technology positions.

Tony Kim, PMP obtained a CST degree in Computer Systems Technology from NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) between 1997 and 1999. In 2015, they also earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and the Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) certification from the Institute of Professional Management- IPM.
