Hanne Syversen

Hanne Syversen is a Rådgiver at the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) since October 2022, and also serves as a Rådgiver in the Finansavdelingen of the Norwegian Ministry of Finance since January 2020. Previously, Hanne worked as an Analyst at Copenhagen Economics in late 2019, and as a Praktikant/trainee at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Washington D.C. in 2018, focusing on trade and economic relations. Additional experience includes data analysis roles at Primary Ethics and the NSW Environment Protection Authority, as well as tutoring high school students in economics. Hanne holds two MSc degrees from the University of Oxford in Evidence-Based Policy Evaluation and Economics for Development, and an MA with Honours in Economics with Environmental Studies from The University of Edinburgh, complemented by an International Baccalaureate from Skagerak International School.
