Previously, Jeremy held multiple senior roles at Westpac, including Executive Manager positions focusing on customer intelligence and value performance, which involved shaping strategic priorities through customer insights. Jeremy's earlier experience includes leadership roles at AMP Financial Services and MBF Australia, as well as a tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Educational credentials include an Associate Membership from ICAEW and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting & Financial Management from The University of Sheffield.
