Sharlene Ramirez

Sharlene Ramirez is an experienced professional in safety management and quality assurance, currently serving as the National Safety Manager and Safety Business Partner at The NRMA since October 2022, providing technical HSE advice and support across the organization. Previously, Sharlene held various roles at Qantas from November 2016 to October 2022, including Quality and Compliance Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the development and management of the Quality Management System for Australian Airports, as well as overseeing safety and operational compliance. Prior experience includes system administration and reservations support at AAT Kings from August 2014 to October 2016, and customer service roles at the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia in 2012-2013. Sharlene holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Western Sydney University, earned in 2013.
