Carolyn Hewitt

Prior to joining NRP, Hewitt served as Vice President of Development for Mill Creek Residential Trust and as a Development Manager for Simpson Housing. With more than 10 years of multifamily development experience in greater Boston, she is responsible for developing over 3,000 apartment units.

Hewitt holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from The Pennsylvania State University. She is actively involved with a variety of industry groups including Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW Network), NAIOP – the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). She serves on ULI’s local Housing and Economic Development committee and volunteers for ULI’s UrbanPlan program in area high schools and colleges. Hewitt is also certified as a LEED Green Associate.
