His key responsibilities include sourcing new opportunities and overseeing the entire development process for market rate and affordable housing communities. He has more than 20 years of diverse experience in real estate structure, development and finance, specializing in multifamily housing, community development, Class A office space, retail, flex office/light industrial and warehouse real estate portfolios. His expertise also includes adaptive reuse, rehabilitation and restoration of designated historic properties.

Dirr has extensive experience with both for-profit and not-for-profit developers of multifamily housing, including market rate properties and affordable housing using Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Brownfield, New Market and Historic Tax Credits. He has developed more than 2,750 units in over 30 developments, with total costs exceeding $750 million. He has also developed and constructed Class A office, retail and warehouse facilities with total costs in excess of $150 million, comprising over 1,000,000 square feet of new construction and rehabilitated commercial space.
