Melanie Bigoni is an accomplished marketing and business professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Director and Business Director at The Nursery Research & Planning since April 2020, Melanie has previously held significant positions including General Manager and Director of Operations at Starworks Group from July 2016 to November 2018, and Business Development Director at Honour Branding from February 2012 to February 2016. Additional experience includes freelance marketing communications at Hirocat, marketing communications roles at FutureBrand, and account management at Pistol Marketing. Melanie's career began at Enterprise IG as a Client Co-ordinator. Educationally, Melanie holds an Associate degree in Performing Arts from Gravesham College of Performing Arts.

‘Research that helps brands glow and grow’ is the simple expression of everything we do. We love this unfussy articulation of our work. While we use cutting-edge quantitative, qualitative and data analysis techniques on a daily basis, these are the means to an end. The important thing is what happens next; our role is to distil and interpret findings into stories and recommendations that are clear, smart and aid decision making. In terms of the projects and research we work on, we think of them as distinct but interlinked branches: we explore, nurture, evaluate and interrogate.
