Ricky Ray

Ricky Ray is the current Group Compliance Director at The NWH Group. Ricky has held this position since January 2020. Prior to this, they were the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at The NWH Group.

Ricky Ray's educational career began with him obtaining their Standard Grades at Greenhall High School. Ricky then went on to study Civil Engineering at both Engineers and Royal Engineers. After obtaining their degree, Ricky Ray became certified from CILT in Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Logistics and Transport and also from OCR in Level 3 CPC (National & International).

They are on a team with Nicola Williams - Sales & Marketing Director, Michelle Hagen - Head of Account Management, Industrial & Commercial, and Andrew Baker - Head of Operational Finance. Ricky Ray reports to Mark Williams, CEO.
