Lori Shipley

Lori Shipley is a seasoned professional in hospitality sales with extensive experience in managing group sales and corporate retreats. Currently serving as Associate Director of Group Sales at The Ocean House since June 2015, Lori oversees sales for prestigious locations including the Ocean House, Weekapaug Inn, and Watch Hill Inn, recognized as the premier Forbes five-star and AAA five-diamond resort in Rhode Island. Prior to this role, Lori held key positions such as National Director of Sales at Pompan Hospitality Global, Inc., Director of Meetings & Conferences at The Wilderman Group, and Assistant Director of Sales at Millennium Broadway Hotel Conference Center. Earlier career milestones include roles as Corporate Group Sales Manager at Doral Arrowwood Hotel Conference Center and Catering Sales Manager at The Regency Hotel. Lori began their career as a Dining Room Instructor at Johnson & Wales University, where a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management was earned.
