Marion Markham is an accomplished Artistic Director at The Colonial Theatre, overseeing productions since January 2021, including the summer hit "THE COMPLETE WORKS OF WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE (Abridged)[revised]." An experienced performer, Marion has been a Resident Cabaret Singer at Ocean House since May 2009, with performances showcasing a blend of comedy, jazz, and standards. Marion's extensive acting background includes roles in notable productions such as Gertrude in "Hamlet" and Katherine in "The Taming of the Shrew," alongside participating in various musicals over a 32-year tenure at Colonial Theatre. Additional performances span several esteemed companies, including the Pioneer Memorial Theatre and Salt Lake Acting Company. Marion holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Bennington College and has furthered education at prestigious institutions, including The National Theatre Institute and Università per Stranieri di Perugia.
