With a background in executive search and talent management, Derek has a strong track record in leading recruitment efforts across different industries and regions. Additionally, Derek has held leadership roles in companies such as Omnicare Inc., The Connor Group, Total Quality Logistics, Macy's, H&M, and Robert Half Int. Derek holds a B.A. in Psychology from Montclair State University.
