David Kay-Shuttleworth

David Kay-Shuttleworth is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance, legal consultancy, and investment management. Currently serving as the Group Head of Compliance at The Olayan Group since February 2020, David's previous roles include leading legal and operational functions at Brown Advisory, and providing investment management services at a family office. David began their career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and has held various positions in investment and advisory capacities, including at Fleming Family & Partners Limited. Educational qualifications include a Corporate Finance Diploma from ICAEW, a PgDL & LPC in Law from BPP Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts from Durham University, complemented by formative education at Eton College.
