Mayur Solanki

Mayur Solanki has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Mayur started their career at QX Global Group as a Resourcer in March 2017 and later became a Sr. Recruiter in April 2019, where they worked until February 2021. From June 2021 to June 2022, they worked as a Senior Recruiter - APAC at iPlace. In July 2022, they joined Palo Alto Networks as a Talent Acquisition- JAPAC (Contract Role) where they focused on identifying passive leads, maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline, and screening and qualifying candidates. Mayur then worked at Adani Group as a Talent Acquisition Lead (Contract Role) from January 2023 to March 2023. Currently, they are working as a Recruitment Lead at The One Technologies since October 2023. Mayur's experience showcases their expertise in recruitment strategy development, candidate sourcing, and working collaboratively with hiring managers and recruiters.
