Pia Carcova has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of design and advertising. Pia began their career in 2012 as a Graphic Designer at SOLUGRAF SA, where they developed corporate materials and advertising campaigns. Pia then moved on to work as a Mid Weight Designer at Woonky, handling various design projects for clients such as Graffigna and Absolut. Pia then joined Niña as a Senior Graphic Designer and later became the Head of Design, overseeing the team's work for key clients like Jameson Whiskey and FIAT. Pia then worked at OLX Group as a Senior Graphic Designer, creating advertising campaigns for their global online marketplace.

In 2019, Pia joined Dafiti Group LATAM as an Art Director, responsible for the visual style of marketing communications across Latin America. Pia later joined PAZ Nuts as a Brand Designer, where they developed the branding identity and packaging design for the company.

Most recently, Pia Carcova joined The Online Studio as an Art Director, starting in 2022. Overall, their work experience highlights their ability to create and implement visually appealing designs across various platforms and industries.

Pia Carcova earned a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the University of Buenos Aires. In 2018, they completed a short course in After Effects / Motion Graphics at Escuela Da Vinci. Pia also pursued a UX Design program at Coderhouse, specializing in User Experience. Additionally, they obtained certification in "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google Digital Garage in August 2020.
