Kelly O'Neill

Kelly O'Neill has extensive experience in management and technical support, currently serving as the Receiving and Warehouse Manager at The Onyx Collection since May 2020. Previously, O'Neill held the position of Activations Manager at Brinks Home Security Authorized Dealer Program from August 2017 to April 2020, where responsibilities included guiding customers through account setup and activation. Prior to that, O'Neill worked as the Technical Operations Manager at LiveWatch from October 2014 to August 2017, supporting customer accounts through troubleshooting and account management. Initial roles included Technical Support Specialist and Inside Sales at LiveWatch Security from January 2011 to October 2014, as well as experience as an Electrical Apprentice at Torgeson Electric Co from August 2009 to January 2011. O'Neill's educational background includes attending St Marys Academy from 1995 to 2007.
