Julie Barber

Julie Barber has a diverse work experience in various industries. Julie started their career in 2017 as a Seadog Ticket Agent at Entertainment Cruises Inc. In 2019, they progressed to the role of Seadog Supervisor and Office Administrative Assistant within the same company. Moving forward, in 2021, Julie worked as a Farmers Market + Education Intern at Plant Chicago and as a Farm and Landscape Intern at THE ROOF CROP INDUSTRIES / FARM / FOUNDATION. In 2022, they served as a Sustainability and Sci-Tech Intern at the International Fresh Produce Association and as a Horticulture Assistant at MSU Horticulture Gardens. Most recently, Julie joined Oppy in 2023 as a Sales and Marketing Associate.

Julie Barber attended Michigan State University from 2018 to 2022. Julie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Economics & Management and also in Animal Science. Additionally, they pursued a minor in Agribusiness Management from 2020 to 2022.
