Mason Peterson

Mason Peterson is a skilled Software Deployment Specialist at The Opus Group® since August 2016, responsible for managing and updating a catalog of over 200 core enterprise programs across more than 500 endpoints using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM). Mason leads the complete application packaging and deployment process, focusing on collection management, software customization, and testing. Prior to this role, Mason served as a Desktop Support Analyst, providing support for hardware and software issues, and as an IT Support Intern, performing installations and hardware upgrades. Additionally, Mason gained experience as an Executive Management Intern at Macy's, where responsibilities included coaching associates and discussing sales strategies with management. Mason holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Minnesota and an Associate of Arts (AA) in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Normandale Community College.
