Lauren Dwyer

Lauren Dwyer has an extensive work experience in various roles related to people and culture. Lauren is currently working as a People Experience Business Partner at The Orchard since July 2023. Previously, Lauren held the position of Head of People and Culture at Radically Digital from July 2022 to April 2023. Before that, they worked as the Head of People at Kin&Co from January 2022 to July 2022.

Lauren also has experience working at GrantTree as the Head of People and Culture from August 2020 to December 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Talent Acquisition Manager from November 2018 to August 2020 and as a Talent Acquisition Executive from July 2018 to November 2018, both at GrantTree.

In addition, Lauren worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at McArthurGlen Group from March 2018 to July 2018. Lauren also had a contract role as a FATCA & CRS Remediation Specialist at Standard Chartered Bank from June 2017 to March 2018.

Lauren started their career at Allegis Global Solutions as an Interview Scheduler, working on a contract basis for Standard Chartered Bank from October 2016 to June 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Temp Consultant at Catherine Johnstone Recruitment from May 2014 to February 2016.

From 2005 to 2008, Lauren Dwyer attended De Montfort University, where they focused on studying Law.
