Sean Tabor

Sean Tabor serves as the Chief Operating Officer at The Orden Company, LLC since February 2016, overseeing a range of operations including acquisition, development, leasing, and property management for one of Southern California's largest privately-held owner/developers. Previously, Sean was a founding principal at Oxbow Partners, focused on revitalizing underperforming real estate assets from September 2011 to December 2015. Sean also held a position on the Board of Directors at NAIOP SoCal Chapter from January 2010 to December 2013 and served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at WCB Properties, where significant commercial properties were acquired and developed across 15 states. Earlier experience includes a Director of Finance role at Catellus Development Corporation, managing financing for major mixed-use projects during economic challenges in the early 1990s. Sean holds a BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from USC Marshall School of Business.
