Nery Romero

Nery Romero is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in restaurant management and kitchen operations. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Original Roadhouse Grill since February 2021, Nery has previously held positions such as Head Chef at Rascal, Chef/Manager at Crave Cafe, and Kitchen Manager/Chef at both L.A. Cafe and Umami Restaurant Group, LLC. Demonstrated expertise includes enhancing food quality, reducing food costs, developing standardized recipes, and effectively supervising large teams. Nery started a career in the culinary field with roles at Fronks Restaurant as Lead Cook and at Panda Restaurant Group as a Cook. Nery’s foundational education includes completion of high school at Century High School.
