Shauna Gale

Shauna Gale is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in organizational management and employee relations. As the Coordinator of Career Pathways at The Ottawa Hospital since April 2017, Shauna has been instrumental in developing and implementing career development programs. Previous roles include serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Consultant for the National Aboriginal Capital Corporations Association, where responsibilities included aligning job descriptions with organizational structure and collective agreements. In a prior position as Human Resources Manager at the Military Family Resource Centre - National Capital Region, Shauna ensured compliance with federal and provincial legislation, developed workplace policies, managed employee benefits, and facilitated recruitment processes. Earlier experiences include roles at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services and Adecco Canada, where Shauna honed skills in staffing coordination.
